beyerdynamic announces new positions and hires for their Farmingdale, New York office

Farmingdale, NY. – June 4, 2019 – beyerdynamic, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of headphones, microphones and conferencing products, announces an expansion at their Farmingdale, New York office with five key hires, including Maureen Chowdhury, Marketing Manager; Angela Lodico, Sales and Marketing Coordinator; Laura Marrin, Online Sales Manager; Nicole Gregory, Technical Applications Specialist; and Marc Greck, Operations Manager. Through the addition of personnel, beyerdynamic has placed a strong emphasis on expanding their reach and building a strong platform for their North American presence.

Maureen Chowdhury, Marketing Manager for beyerdynamic United States, brings a wealth of experience in project management, product launches and marketing development. With over eight years of marketing experience, Maureen most notably served as the Creative Services Operations Manager for Altice USA and Creative Services Project Manager for ESPN. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing from Adelphi University. In her role at beyerdynamic, Maureen will oversee marketing programs, public relations, social media development and tradeshow support.

Newly appointed Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Angela Lodico, joins beyerdynamic with 15 years of marketing and events experience. Angela has previously served as the Marketing Assistant at Fairfield Properties, Marketing Specialist at EtQ and Marketing Associate at Burmax. Angela received a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College. At beyerdynamic, Angela will manage logistics for tradeshows and coordinate sales and business programs, initiatives and partnerships.

Laura Marrin joins beyerdynamic as Ecommerce Sales Manager, following a six-year tenure at Canon USA. Laura was one of four candidates selected for a Talent Exchange Program, an abroad working program, with Canon Europe. With over eight years of ecommerce sales and public relations experience, Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature, communication and psychology from State University of New York College at Geneseo. In her role at beyerdynamic, Laura will oversee online sales activities working with field sales managers, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce B2B and B2C sales activities.

Nicole Gregory, Technical Applications Specialist, has been promoted from her previous role as Sales Support Specialist. Nicole joined beyerdynamic over two years ago as an intern and quickly became hired as a Sales Support Specialist. Nicole holds an Associates in Music from Middlesex County College and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, with a concentration in audio recording technology, from Five Towns College, where she graduated valedictorian in 2017. As Technical Applications Specialist, Nicole provides technical support and product training for all divisions, working with dealers, sales, representatives and end users.

Marc Greck has been promoted to Operations Manager for beyerdynamic. Marc joined beyerdynamic over five years ago as a Warehouse Manager and was quickly promoted to Customer Service Manager. Marc brings previous experience in management, product fulfilment, and business operations. Marc received vocational training in audio engineering and a Bachelor’s in Business from Five Towns College. In his role at beyerdynamic, Marc oversees logistical processes, order processing, inventory control, and quality and efficiency for beyerdynamic’s North American warehouse.
