Remember the movie-rental store Blockbuster? It was cruising right along with thousands of locations, and then poof, goes out of business in what seemed like the blink of an eye. Blockbuster failed to make adjustments as technology was evolving and paid dearly for it. Netflix, on the other hand, anticipated the changes and is crushing it.
