RGB Spectrum Expands Executive Team with New COO, CFO

RGB Spectrum has announced the promotion of Scott Norder to Chief Operations Officer and Iana Zemniakova to Chief Financial Officer. The addition of two executives to its C-Suite is a reflection of RGB Spectrum’s continued success in providing display processing, control room, and connectivity solutions for popular and emerging market applications in commercial AV, digital signage, oil and gas, security and architecture channels.

Scott Norder’s promotion to COO, the first in RGB Spectrum’s history, follows his role leading the growth and development of the manufacturer’s product portfolio as senior vice president of engineering and operations. His new responsibilities add oversight of sales and marketing efforts to his purview. He first joined RGB Spectrum in 2010 as vice president of marketing. As an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the AV hardware and software markets, Scott has guided several teams through dramatic and profitable growth phases.

Prior to joining RGB Spectrum, Scott Norder served as executive vice president of AMX and was instrumental in developing market positions, channels and solutions for the hospitality, education, government and residential markets. After earning a BSCE in computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, one of his first career roles was as vice president of development at Systems Compatibility Corporation in Chicago. He has also served as division president and vice president of strategy for Stellent, a leading content management company acquired by Oracle, and division president of Inso Corporation, a Boston-based world leader in linguistics and analytic software.

Iana Zemniakova, CPA, brings more than 20 years of experience in business administration, accounting and finance to her new role as CFO of RGB Spectrum.  Building on her previous roles as vice president of finance and corporate controller, Iana’s additional responsibilities now include direction of all financial activities, operations and strategies. Iana has a Masters degree in accountancy as well as graduate certificates in operations and supply chain management and corporate finance from Golden Gate University, where she also serves as an adjunct professor. She was a founding member of the American Modern School of Accounting and brings experience that includes general counsel, accounting management, consulting and CPA roles in a variety of industries, to her new position.
